摘要
以No.37+Ka4-70导管螺旋桨为基础进行三维实体建模,利用计算流体力学方法对ROV导管螺旋桨模型进行敞水数值模拟,得到导管螺旋桨的推力、扭矩,并与相应图谱数据对比,证明文章数值方法的有效性。在此基础上进一步对几种平导管螺旋桨进行数值模拟和对比分析,结果表明推力损失在10%左右,在低成本ROV情况下为平导管推进器选用提供参考依据。
The 3D model of ROV thruster for#37 duct and Ka4-70 propeller was built with the common design software system in the article,their open water hydrodynamics performance was simulated by CFD software.Comparisons and analysis of thrust force and torque to the propeller chart results show that the numerical method is effective.Based on this,several flat ducted propellers were calculated and analyzed,the decrease of flat ducted propellers is about 10%,so as to provide application reference for the ROV thruster under low cost.
