摘要
为研究转子系统在不平衡-不对中-油膜-碰摩耦合作用下的动力学特征,建立转子-滑动轴承的动力学模型。在模型中,考虑轴系的平行不对中与偏角不对中问题,且转子的回转中心不为质心,通过建立转子系统的动力学方程,采用龙格库塔法分别分析不对中程度、不平衡量等在耦合因素下对转子系统动力学特性的影响规律。通过数值计算可知,在耦合因素下改变不对中量与改变不平衡量的频谱相似,提升转速或者增加不对中量都可能降低系统振幅。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of rotor system under the coupling action of imbalance-misalignment-oil film-rub impact,the dynamic model of rotor sliding bearing is established.In the model,the parallel misalignment and deflection misalignment of the shaft system are considered,and the rotation center of the rotor is not the center of mass.By establishing the dynamic equation of the rotor system,the effects of misalignment degree and unbalance on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system under coupling factors are analyzed by Runge Kutta method.Through numerical calculation,it can be obtained that the spectrum of changing the misalignment under coupling factors is similar to that of changing the unbalance;Under coupling factors,increasing the speed or increasing the misalignment may reduce the system amplitude.
