摘要
全球变暖导致海冰融化加剧,北极航道在近几十年内实现夏季持续通航可能性极大,北极航道战略支点港口的关键地位日益凸显。借鉴战略学的相关概念,对北极航道战略支点港口内涵和范围进行界定,分析北极航道战略支点港口的现状和布局,以期对极地治理研究有所贡献。
Global warming has led to the increase of sea ice melting.It is highly possible for the Arctic Passage to achieve continuous navigation in summer in recent decades.The key position of the strategic fulcrum port of the Arctic Passage has become increasingly prominent.Drawing on the relevant concepts of strategy,the authors define the connotation and scope of the strategic fulcrum port of the Arctic Passage,and analyze the current situation and layout of the strategic fulcrum port of the Arctic Passage in order to contribute to the study of polar governance.
