铁路应急通信系统是铁路通信的重要组成部分,能否将现场图像实时地传输至应急指挥中心对救援决策尤为关键。介绍了铁路应急图像通信系统的构成,结合数据及实际运用情况分析了该系统当前存在的主要问题,并深入研究了既有通信系统和公专网融合应急通信系统的优化方案,使应急图像通信系统更好地发挥作用。

Railway emergency communication system is an important part of railway communication.Transmitting the on-site image to the emergency command center in a real-time manner is particularly important for decision-making on emergency rescue.This paper introduces the composition of the railway emergency image communication system and analyzes the main problems existing in this system in combination with the data and actual application.And two optimization schemes of railway emergency image communication system are explored by using the existing communication system and integrating the public and private network emergency communication system so as to make the emergency image communication system play its role better.
