摘要
针对基于电力设备X射线数字图像三维重建问题,提出一种多幅X射线旋转图像轮廓对应点坐标提取和匹配新方法。首先对X射线图像预处理,并运用Canny算子对X射线图像进行边缘检测,得到目标图像的轮廓线;其次通过改进的8领域遍历追踪法,对目标图像轮廓点进行搜寻并将曲线上每个像素点的二维坐标保存;然后在多幅X射线图像上选择感兴趣的轮廓线,获得同一轮廓线在不同角度图像上的二维坐标矩阵,并提出一种像素均分插值轮廓点匹配方法,根据轮廓线走势插入轮廓点,实现不同图像上同一轮廓线的对应点匹配;最后运用旋转图像点的坐标变换矩阵对已获得的旋转图像对应点坐标进行逆求解,得到轮廓线点的三维坐标,实现轮廓的三维重建。通过零件实物与重建模型进行对比,从模型形状和模型尺寸两方面验证该方法的可靠性。
Aiming at the problem of extraction of target contour of X-ray digital image of power equipment and matching of corresponding points of multiple picture contour,a new method of extraction and matching of coordinate of corresponding points of multiple X-ray rotation image contour is proposed.Firstly,X-ray image preprocessing was performed,and Canny operator was used for edge detection of X-ray image to obtain the contour of the target image.Secondly,the contour points of the target image are searched and the two-dimensional coordinates of each pixel on the curve are saved by using the improved 8 domain ergodic tracking method.Then,the interested contour lines were selected on multiple X-ray images,and the two-dimensional coordinate matrix of the same contour line on different angle images was obtained.Then,a pixel equipartition interpolation contour point matching method is proposed.According to the contour line trend,the contour points are inserted to match the corresponding points of the same contour line on different images.Finally,the coordinate transformation matrix of the rotating image is used to invert the coordinates of the corresponding points of the rotating image,and the three-dimensional coordinates of the contour points are obtained to realize the three-dimensional reconstruction of the contour.Compared with the reconstructed model,the reliability of the method is verified from the model shape and size.
