电活性纤维柔性心电电极的研究进展

摘要 综述电活性纤维材料作为柔性心电电极基底材料的研究进展。介绍了金属基织物、碳基织物、导电聚合物基织物3种普通织物心电电极、纳米纤维基心电电极和绒毛织物基心电电极的研究进展和性能特点。认为:电活性纤维柔性干电极基本能长期稳定地监测人体的心电信号,不同基底材料的电活性纤维心电电极在机械性能和信号采集方面各有优缺点;电活性纤维干电极距离工业化生产还有一定差距,需要简化制备工艺,提升产率;织物电极在维持机械性能、舒适性和导电性能的前提下,要保证与皮肤的适形接触,提高动态条件下心电信号采集质量;纳米纤维基电极在保证超薄结构的前提下提升机械性能;绒毛织物基电极要选取合适的导电绒毛结构来提升导电性能。 Research progress of electroactive fibers as base material for flexible electrocardiogram electrode was reviewed.Research progress and properties of three kinds of common fabric electrocardiogram electrodes(including metal base fabric,carbon base fabric and conductive polymer base fabric),nanofiber electrocardiogram electrode and pile fabric electrocardiogram electrode were introduced.It is considered that electroactive fiber based flexible dry electrodes can stably monitor human electrocardiogram signals for a long period of time.Electroactive fiber electrocardiogram electrodes with different base material had their own advantages and disadvantages in mechanical properties and signal acquisition.Industrial production of electroactive fiber base dry electrodes was not achieved yet,preparation process need to be simplified and productivity should be improved.On the premise of maintaining mechanical properties,comfort and electrical conductivity,fabric electrode conformal contact with skin should be ensured and quality of electrocardiogram signal acquisition under dynamic conditions was improved.The nanofiber base electrode needs to improve mechanical properties while ensuring ultrathin structure.Suitable conductive structure should be selected to improve conductive performance of pile fabric base electrode.
