一种3D打印模型轻量化结构自动生成方案

摘要 3D打印模型的轻量化是减少打印耗材与成本的关键,为此提出一种基于桁架的模型轻量化方案,该轻量化方案主要分为基础结构生成以及强度优化两个步骤,其中基础结构由模型外壳与内部桁架构成,强度优化则通过受力较大部位填充实现。首先对模型3D打印模型进行抽壳,并同时生成模型的内核,接着读取内核文件数据计算出内部桁架,再对模型进行力学仿真并提取仿真节点,筛选仿真结果后对剩余节点进行填充。该方案能实现模型的轻量化并能根据仿真结果进行结构调整,并且针对过去所提出基于桁架的轻量化方案存在的问题做出了改进。 The lightweight of 3D printing models is the key to reducing printing consumables and costs.This paper proposes a model lightweight scheme based on truss,which is mainly divided into two steps:basic structure generation and strength optimization.The basic structure is composed of the model shell and the internal truss,and the strength optimization is realized by filling the parts with high stress.The 3D printing model of the model is shelled,and the kernel of the model is generated at the same time,and then the kernel file data is read to calculate the internal truss,and then the model is mechanically simulated and the simulation nodes are extracted,and the remaining nodes are filled after screening the simulation results.The scheme can realize the lightweight of the model and can adjust the structure according to the simulation results,and improve the problems existing in the truss-based lightweight scheme proposed in the past.
