摘要
针对消除中大型结构复杂的构件的残余应力问题,应用TRIZ理论对当前振动时效装置进行创新设计。通过九屏幕分析及因果轴分析,找到问题存在的根本原因,通过建立技术矛盾矩阵与物场模型对问题进行解决并提出方案,最后提出混联式多维振动时效机器人的设计,为后续产品开发提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of eliminating the residual stress of complex construction of medium and large structures,the current vibratory stress relief device is innovatively designed by using TRIZ theory.Through nine screen analysis and causal axis analysis,this paper finds the root cause of the problem,solves the problem and puts forward the scheme by establishing the technical contradiction matrix and material field model,and finally puts forward the design of hybrid multi-dimensional vibratory stress relief robot,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of subsequent products.
