摘要
为保证箱体结构强度,同时注重轻量化,对现有阀门执行器箱体结构进行改进设计,通过箱体材料替代、改进局部结构等方法,建立新的三维模型并进行有限元分析,通过计算结果验证了设计的可行性。研究表明,在箱体轴承壳处添加5 mm加强筋结构,用塑料ABS代替铝,同时将箱体侧壁厚度7.5 mm缩减到3.5 mm,强度满足要求,质量减轻16%,大大降低了生产成本。
In order to ensure the strength of the box structure and pay attention to lightweight,this paper improves the design of the existing valve actuator box structure,establishes a new 3D model and carries out finite element analysis by means of replacing the box material and improving the local structure,and verifies the feasibility of the design through the calculation results.The research shows that 5 mm reinforcement structure is added to the bearing housing of the box body,plastic ABS is used instead of aluminum,and the side wall thickness of the box body is reduced from 7.5 mm to 3.5 mm.The strength meets the requirements,the quality is reduced by 16%,and the production cost is greatly reduced.
