汽车车窗电动机换向器断差质量控制研究

摘要 针对某型汽车车窗玻璃升顶后自动下降一定距离的故障,通过排除法找到主要原因,对电动机的零件进行切削受力分析,优化背吃刀量,减小换向器两个相邻换向片外轮廓的高度差,解决车窗电动机上升抖动和误降故障。实际生产证明,加工工艺改进后,不良产品率大幅降低,有效提高了生产率。 Aiming at a certain type of automobile window glass automatically falling a certain distance after lifting,the main reason is found through investigation.According to the machining process of motor parts,the cutting force is analyzed,the back cutting depth is optimized,the height difference of the outer contour of two adjacent commutators is eliminated,and the rising jitter and wrong falling fault of window motor are solved.The actual production proves that after the improvement of the processing technology,the product effect is good,the rate of bad products is greatly reduced,and the effective labor productivity is improved.
