基于振动激励的楔块拆分方法研究

摘要 楔形结构常被用于鱼雷、潜航器、导弹等重要产品,其安装与拆分多依赖人工进行。楔形结构经过长时间的存放或使用后可能产生拆分困难现象,其原因包括楔块的接触表面易出现损伤、被连接件发生形变等。针对楔形连接结构的拆分过程,文中提出了一种基于振动激励的楔块拆分方法。建立了楔块在振动激励下的响应模型,并采用有限元分析方法与样机试验验证了该响应模型,发现了激振频率、激振幅值对所需拆分力的影响规律。有限元分析与实验结果均表明,在拆分力中增加振动成分可以显著地降低拆分所需的驱动力,降低的幅值与振动激励的振幅和频率有关。对于某个确定的楔形连接结构,特定的振幅与激振频率可以显著降低拆分驱动力。 Wedge structure is often used in torpedoes,submarines,missiles and other important products,its installation and separation depends on manual.After a long period of storage or use of the wedge structure,the contact surface of the wedge is prone to damage,or the connections become deformed,making it difficult to disassemble.This paper proposes a method of wedge disassemble based on vibration excitation for the disassembling process of wedge connection structure.The spring damping model is used to analyze the force of the wedge in the process of disassembling,and the response model of the wedge under vibration excitation is deduced.The analysis and experiments results show that adding vibration components in the disassembling force can significantly reduce the driving force required for disassembling,and the reduction magnitude is related to the amplitude and frequency of vibration excitation.For a certain wedge-shaped connection structure,a specific amplitude and excitation frequency can significantly reduce the driving force for disassembling.
