沙漠快速移运钻机井控系统的设计与应用

摘要 为满足环境温度为0~55℃、湿度为100%的中东沙漠地区含高浓度H_(2)S油气井的钻井作业及设备快移的要求,设计了一种沙漠快速移运钻机井控系统。其主要特点是系统中的防喷器组能从储存位置快速移运到井口,采用双节流管线阀组和双压井管线阀组实现不间断的压井或节流,并且控制单元具有多重安全保障作用。文中介绍了沙漠快速移运钻机井控系统的总体方案、结构组成及技术参数,并通过详细计算确定了远程控制单元关键设备,描述了技术创新点。现场应用结果表明,该井控系统整体性良好、移运快捷、操作方便、可靠性高,防喷器防H_(2)S效果好,符合HSE规范,很好地满足了沙漠地区钻井作业要求。 In order to meet the need of desert climate(ambient temperature is 0~+55℃,humidity≤100%)in the Middle East Area,drilling in the well with high H_(2)S and fast moving of the rig,the well control system for desert fast moving rig is developed.The main features of the system are the blowout preventer stack can be moved to the wellhead from storage location quickly,continuous choking or well killing can be achieved by using double choke and well killing valves in tube lines,and the control unit has multiple security protection functions.This paper introduces the general arrangement,structure characteristics,working principle,main technical parameters of the system,determines the key equipments in remote control unit through detailed calculation,and describes the technological innovation points.The results of field application show that the well control system performs well,can be moved fast and is easy to operate,has high reliability and good effect of H_(2)S prevention,conforms to HSE standards and meets the drilling operation requirements in desert area.
