摘要
长久以来,我国实施科教兴国战略,全面落实“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想,坚持以教育为本,把科技和教育摆在经济、社会发展的重要位置。2022年10月16日党的第二十次全国代表大会在京召开,党的二十大报告首次将“实施科教兴国战略,强化现代化建设人才支撑”单独作为一个部分,也首次将教育、科技、人才作为一个整体进行论述,充分体现了我党对教育、科技、人才的高度重视,进一步理顺了建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国的内在联系。
