This paper established a method for residue determination of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites in Punica granata L.,assessed residual spirotetramat in Punica granata L.and the long-term and short-term dietary expo-sure risk of the general consumer population. The results showed that when the standard solution concentration of spiro-tetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites was in the range of 0.005-0.500 mg/L,there was a good linear relationship between the mass concentration and the corresponding peak area, the correlation coefficients(r2)were greater than 0.99.When concentrations were 0.01 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg and 1.00mg/kg,the average recoveries of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites in Punica granata L.ranged from 74%to 100%,and RSD ranged from 0.9%to 5.3%.The lowest concentra-tion was 0.01 mg/kg.The ratio of long-term dietary exposure risk to ADI(%ADI)was 23.36%,and the ratio of short-term dietary exposure risk to ARfD(%ARfD)was 0.1464%.According to the experimental protocol adopted in this study, the long-term and short-term dietary risk of spirotetramat and its 4 kinds of metabolites in Punica granata L.was less than 100%,which didn′t have unacceptable health effects on the general population.
