层间暂堵控流压裂技术在靖边气田的探索性应用

摘要 针对靖边气田部分气井主力气层发育大段厚砂体,层间隔层条件差,且存在物性和应力差异,机械封隔分层压裂无法实现目的层段的充分改造,笼统合压会使物性相对较好的层段过度改造、物性较差层位则出现改造不充分不彻底等问题,借鉴暂堵压裂技术思路,提出了层间暂堵控流压裂技术,实现精细目标储层段的精细改造,压后暂堵剂快速降解。现场试验1口井,对目的层厚砂体实施两级压裂,两级平均施工压差近11 MPa,第二级压裂有一定的地层破裂显示,措施后,产气量从0.34×10^(4)m^(3)/d增至1.31×10^(4)m^(3)/d,措施效果显著。 In view of the problems that the main gas reservoirs of some gas wells in Jingbian gasfield develop large sections of thick sand bodies,the interlayer conditions are poor,and there are differences in physical properties and stress.The mechanical sealing and layered fracturing can not achieve the full transformation of the target interval.The general pressure combination will lead to the over transformation of the interval with relatively good physical properties,and the insufficient and incomplete transformation of the horizon with poor physical properties.We can learn from the technical idea of temporary plugging fracturing.The interlayer temporary plugging and flow control fracturing technology is proposed to realize the fine transformation of fine target reservoir section and the rapid degradation of temporary plugging agent after fracturing.One well was tested in the field,and two-stage fracturing was carried out on the thick sand body of the target layer. The average construction pressure difference of the two-stage fracturing was nearly 11 MPa. There was certain formation fracture indication in the second stage fracturing. After the measures, the gas production increased from 0.34×10^(4)m^(3)/d to 1.31×10^(4)m^(3)/d, with remarkable effect.
