浅析重要交通沿线地质灾害安全监测预警系统建设思路及应用 被引量:2

摘要 地质灾害的发生常导致交通受阻或中断,造成来往人员、车辆、道路路基及配套设施等不同程度的损害,成为影响社会生活秩序、制约地区经济交流和经济发展的不利因素。专业地质安全监测预警是地质灾害防治最有效措施。重要交通沿线地质灾害监测预警系统建设思路主要包含地质灾害调查、监测站选址及建设、监测预警系统平台建设及运行维护等工作。在京津冀协同发展交通网络地质安全监测预警系统应用过程中成功超前预警多起险情,实现防灾减灾的目的,推动交通沿线地质灾害监测预警体系的建设,为交通沿线地质灾害监测预警工作奠定基础。 The occurrence of geological disasters often leads to traffic obstruction or interruption,causing varying degrees of damage to people,vehicles,subgrades and supporting facilities,which has become disadvantageous factors affecting social life,restricting regional economic exchanges and development.Professional geological disaster monitoring and early warning is the most effective measure to prevent and control geological disasters.Construction of monitoring and early warning system of geological disasters along important traffic lines mainly includes geological disaster investigation;site selection;and construction,operation and maintenance of monitoring and early warning system platforms.Application of the geological disaster monitoring and early warning system for the traffic network has seen many successful early warning practices of potentially dangerous situations,and thus realized effective disaster prevention and reduction in the coordinated development area of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.This has promoted and provided solid foundations for the construction of geological disaster monitoring and early warning systems along major traffic lines.
