乡村振兴视域下女性新型职业农民可持续发展能力研究

Research on the factors influencing the sustainable development ability of female new professional farmers from the perspective of rural revitalization

基于福建省新型职业农民素质提升工程大专学历教育的调查数据,综合运用熵权法-灰色关联度分析方法对女性新型职业农民可持续发展能力的影响因素进行实证研究。结果表明:发展眼光、学习能力、技能培训、信息获取能力、政策分析能力对女性新型职业农民可持续发展能力具有决定性的影响作用,政策支持、继续教育意识、受教育程度、社交能力、技术专长、家庭资源禀赋、持续盈利能力、团队协作能力等8项因素也发挥重要影响。据此,针对女性新型职业农民培育提出增强其自我发展能力、分类精准培育人才、营造可持续发展环境等建议。

Based on the survey data of new professional farmers who were receiving junior college degree education in Fujian Province,this paper uses the entropy weight method-grey correlation analysis method to conduct an empirical study on the factors affecting the sustainable development ability of female new professional farmers.The results show that development vision,learning ability,skills training,information acquisition ability,and policy analysis ability have a decisive influence on the sustainable development ability of female new professional farmers.In addition,policy support,continuing education awareness,education level,social ability,technical expertise,family resource endowment,sustainable profitability,and teamwork ability also have important impacts on their sustainable development ability.According to the findings,suggestions are put forward for the cultivation of new female professional farmers,such as focusing on the shaping of internal quality,classified and precise cultivation,and creating sustainable development environment.
