摘要
为了提高安家岭露天矿爆破质量降低爆破炸药单耗,安家岭露天矿对钻孔、爆破过程中孔网参数、装药结构以及在不同采装作业阶段爆量情况进行分析;采用建立地质模型、调整钻机孔网参数、爆破精细化施工、爆破效果科学评价等措施,得出了针对不同岩性提升爆破效果的爆破方案。结果表明:通过优化爆破参数达到了降低爆破振动、提高爆破质量、减少炸药单耗、提升铲装效率的目的。
In order to improve the blasting quality and reduce the unit consumption of blasting explosives,the article analyzes the hole network parameters,charging structure and blasting volume in different mining and loading operation stages of Anjialing Open-pit mine.We adopt the establishment of geological model,adjustment of drilling rig hole network parameters,blasting fine construction,the scientific evaluation of blasting effect and other measures,anf obtains the blasting schemes to improve the blasting effect for different lithology.The results show that we achieves the purpose of reducing blasting vibration by optimizing blasting parameters,improve blasting quality,reduce explosive unit consumption and improve shovel loading efficiency.
