摘要
为了准能集团哈尔乌素露天矿选煤厂原煤车间输煤系统中应用高压变频器在带式输送机输送过程更加的智能化,分析了高压变频器在输煤现场的运行情况,并对高压变频器使用方案设计和使用过程中的故障进行分析。结果表明:在使用变频系统后,使得原煤运输过程变得运行合理、安全可靠,最大限度地提高运行效率,节约电耗,全面实现输煤系统的智能化。
In order to make the application of high-voltage frequency converter in the coal conveying system of raw coal workshop of Ha'erwusu Open-pit Mine coal preparation plant of Zhunneng group more intelligent in the conveying process of belt conveyor,this article analyzes the operation of high-voltage frequency converter in the coal conveying site,and analyzes the use scheme design and faults in the use process of high-voltage frequency converter.The results show that after using the frequency conversion system,the raw coal transportation process becomes reasonable,safe and reliable,the operation efficiency is improved to the greatest extent,the power consumption is saved,the intellectualization of the coal handling system is realized.
