长距离输煤带式输送机火灾报警自动灭火系统的应用

Application of fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing system for long-distance coal conveying belt

为了提高胜利露天煤矿室外长距离输煤带式输送机输送高挥发分褐煤生产运行安全,应用了1种智能火灾报警自动灭火系统;通过在单根长距离输煤带式输送机上方布置通讯光纤,串接一定数量的烟感和温感探头,对带式输送机运行中分区测温测烟;通过主机与输煤主控通讯交互信息,在没有人员干预时,达到自动停运带式输送机,自动灭火,快速消除火灾安全隐患的功能。结果表明:系统可有效消除单根长距离输煤皮输煤时自燃火灾隐患,解决了冬季户外巡检维护困难,提升了煤矿生产安全及自动化水平。

In order to improve the production and operation safety of outdoor long-distance coal conveying belt conveying high volatile lignite in Shengli Open-pit Coal Mine,an intelligent fire alarm and automatic fire extinguishing system is applied.By arranging communication optical fiber above a single long-distance coal conveying belt,connecting a certain number of smoke and temperature sensors in series,temperature and smoke are measured in different areas during belt operation,and communicating and exchanging information between the host and the main control of coal conveying,we can achieve the function of automatically stopping the belt,automatically extinguishing fire and quickly eliminating potential fire safety hazards without personnel intervention.The results show that the system can effectively eliminate the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion during coal conveying with a single long-distance coal conveyor,solve the difficulty of outdoor inspection and maintenance in winter,and improve the production safety and automation level of coal mine.
