To reduce the dust pollution of DTH drill in the working process,based on DTH drill dust removal system,the article introduces the composition and working principle of dust collector,respectively through the calculation of dust air volume,air pressure,power and so on,chooses the suitable fan,filter cartridge,pulse valve,pressure reducing valve device,designs this set of dust removal system.We put forward the energy saving ways and measures of the dust removal system.
