高职院校劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神融合培育路径研究

Research on the Path of Integrated Cultivating the Spirits of Model Workers,Labor and Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Institutes

厘清劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神的内涵意蕴,分析三者之间的逻辑联系。结合职业教育人才培养目标和需求,指出了将劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神融合培育的有效路径,从而提高学生职业能力和可持续发展能力,提升高技能人才培养质量。

This paper clarified the connotation of the spirits of model worker,labor and the spirit of craftsmanship,and analyzed the logical connection among them.Combining the objectives and needs of talent training in vocational education,an effective path of integrating cultivation the spirits of the model worker,labor and the spirit of craftsmanship is highlighted,to improve students'vocational ability and sustainable development ability and enhance the quality of highly skilled personnel training.
