摘要
外界环境的干扰极易导致舰船电磁超声传感器出现信号不稳定的问题,影响检测性能,为解决这一问题,提出基于DSP的舰船电磁超声传感器检测信号性能分析方法。该方法基于DSP建立舰船电磁超声传感器信号采集系统,利用该系统采集电磁超声传感器信号后,采用小波降噪算法对采集信号开展降噪处理。但由于降噪后的信号仍存在磁场噪声数据,因而利用多传感器系统进一步消除信号背景噪声,达到增强信号检测性能的目的。依据处理结果提取舰船电磁超声传感器信号频率特征,设定信号频率阈值,将信号频率特征输入到双Duffing振子差分检测系统内。当检测信号超出阈值范围,则说明信号处于不平稳状态,反之则处于稳定状态,以此实现舰船电磁超声传感器检测信号性能分析。实验结果表明,通过分析舰船电磁超声传感器信号性能,验证该方法可行性高、有效性强。
The interference of the external environment easily causes the signal instability of the ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor,which affects the detection performance.To solve this problem,a method based on DSP for analyzing the detection signal performance of the ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor is proposed.This method is based on DSP to establish the signal acquisition system of ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor.After using this system to acquire the signal of electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor,wavelet denoising algorithm is used to denoise the acquired signal.However,since there is still magnetic field noise data in the denoised signal,the multi-sensor system is used to further eliminate the signal background noise to enhance the signal detection performance.According to the processing results,the signal frequency characteristics of the ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor are extracted,the signal frequency threshold is set,and the signal frequency characteristics are input into the dual Duffing oscillator differential detection system.When the detection signal exceeds the threshold range,it indicates that the signal is in an unstable state,otherwise it is in a stable state,so as to achieve the performance analysis of the ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor detection signal.The experimental results show that the method is feasible and effective by analyzing the signal performance of the ship electromagnetic ultrasonic sensor.
