考虑PLC技术的船用蒸汽发生器给水水位监控方法

摘要 船用蒸汽发生器给水水位受外部环境、室内压差以及水流动态变化等多种因素影响,导致监控难度较大,为此提出一种考虑PLC技术的给水水位监控方法。根据给水的线性和能量守恒变化规则,计算给水、压力差变化前后水体流入和流出的瞬态变化参数,通过参照变量约束监控精准度。利用PLC技术的数据时序表达能力,采集蒸汽发生器现场数据并结合环境情况,将水位的监控问题看作是给水箱内外压差变化计算问题,求解内外压变化对给水位变动的影响,得到最终判定数值,完成有效监控。实验数据表明,本文方法监控精准度较高,在不同的给水情况下能完成有效监控,与实际情况表达一致,算法鲁棒性和实用价值较高。 Considering that the feedwater level of marine steam generator is affected by many factors,such as external environment,indoor pressure difference and dynamic change of water flow,which leads to the problem of great difficulty in monitoring,a method of feedwater level monitoring considering PLC technology is proposed.According to the linear and energy conservation change rules of water supply,calculate the transient change parameters of water inflow and outflow before and after the change of water supply and pressure difference,and monitor the accuracy by referring to variable constraints.By using the data timing expression ability of PLC technology,the on-site data of steam generator is collected and combined with the environmental conditions.The water level monitoring problem is regarded as the calculation problem of the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the feed tank.The impact of the internal and external pressure changes on the feed water level change is solved,and the final judgment value is obtained to complete effective monitoring.The experimental data show that the proposed method has high monitoring accuracy,can effectively monitor different feedwater,and is consistent with the actual situation,the algorithm has high robustness and practical value.
