营养状态分级评估个体化护理在老年结直肠癌术后患者康复中的应用效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨营养状态分级评估个体化康复护理在老年结直肠癌术后护理中的效果。方法选取2019年12月—2021年12月医院收治的92例老年结直肠癌行手术治疗患者,按照组间基本特征可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各46例。对照组实施常规康复护理干预,观察组实施营养状态分级评估个体化康复护理干预。对两组患者干预前后自我效能、胃肠功能及疼痛感知情况进行比较。结果干预前,两组患者自我效能情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者在完成自我管理、一般自我效能、应对问题、达成结果等方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者在首次肛门排气、首次排便、下床活动、平均住院时间改善等方面优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后12 h、24 h、48 h内疼痛降幅趋势优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年结直肠癌行手术治疗患者采取营养状态分级评估个体化康复护理干预对策,在强化患者日常自我护理能力水平的同时,对于改善患者胃肠功能及减轻对于疼痛敏感程度中,起到积极作用。 Objective Application effect of nutritional status grading evaluation of individualized nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with colorectal cancer after surgery.Methods From December 2019 to December 2021,92 elderly patients with colorectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 46 cases in each group according to the principle of comparability of basic features between groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group received individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention assessed by nutritional status classification.Self-efficacy,gastrointestinal function and pain perception before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in self-efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group in terms of completing self-management,general self-efficacy,coping with problems and achieving results,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After intervention,the observation group was better than the control group in the aspects of first anal exhaust,first defecation,getting out of bed activity,average length of hospital stay improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decrease trend of pain in observation group was better than control group within 12 h,24 h and 48 h after intervention,and the difference was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application effect of nutritional status grading evaluation of individualized nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with colorectal cancer after surger was graded to evaluate the individualized rehabilitation nursing intervention strategy.At the same time,it plays a positive role in improving patients'gastrointestinal function and release the sensitivity to pain.
