摘要
针对现有危险品库在安全距离和布置方式等方面逐渐难以满足工程建设需要的问题,在总结地面库、覆土库和缓坡地形洞库特点的基础上,创新性提出“人工缓坡地形掘开式地下库”概念,采取掘开式建造、轻质前墙泄爆、模拟缓坡覆土、增设分配板等多种定向泄爆措施,达到减小后部安全距离的目的。以8吨TNT当量新型掘开式地下库为例进行方案设计、理论分析和数值仿真计算,进一步论证该新型库体构造形式的可行性,并为后续研究提供依据。
Aiming at the problem that the existing dangerous goods warehouses are gradually unable to meet the needs of engineering construction in terms of safety distance and layout,on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of ground warehouses,covered soil warehouses and cave warehouses with gentle slope terrain,an innovative“artificial gentle slope terrain excavation method”was proposed.The concept of“underground storage”adopts various directional explosion venting measures,such as excavation construction,light-weight front wall explosion venting,simulating gentle slope covering soil,and adding distribution plates,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the rear safety distance.Taking 8 tons of TNT equivalent new excavated underground storage as an example,the scheme design,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation calculation were carried out to further demonstrate the feasibility of the new storage form,and provide a basis for follow-up research.
