摘要
针对串联聚能装药战斗部后级成型不理想而导致不能满足扩孔要求的问题,通过对弧锥结合罩、球缺罩和大锥角罩在前级冲击波影响下的成型过程进行分析,提出了一种后级成型较好的弧锥结合型装药结构。运用AUTODYN有限元软件,获得了弧锥结合罩的锥角、圆弧曲率半径和壁厚在前级冲击波影响下对后级毁伤元成型性能的影响规律,并通过高速摄影试验进行验证。验证结果表明:弧锥结合罩结合了球缺罩和大锥角罩的结构特点,在前级冲击波影响下成型效果最好;当锥角为130°、圆弧曲率半径为23 mm、壁厚为1.5 mm时,能够形成头部速度高、头尾速度差小、气动外形好的后级毁伤元,为串联聚能装药战斗部的设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at the problem that the rear stage forming of tandem shaped charge warhead is not ideal,which result in that it can not meet the requirements of hole expansion,an arc cone combined charge structure with better post forming was proposed by analyzing the forming process of arc-cone liner,hemispherical liner and large cone angle liner under the influence of front stage shock wave.Using AUTODYN finite element software,the effects of cone angle,arc curvature radius and cover thickness of arc-cone liner on the forming performance of rear damage element under the influence of front shock wave were obtained,which were verified by high-speed photography test.The results show that the arc-cone liner combines the structural characteristics of the hemispherical liner and the large cone angle liner,and the forming effect is the best under the influence of the front shock wave;When the cone angle is 130°,the radius of curvature of the arc is 23 mm and the cover thickness is 1.5 mm.A rear stage damage element with high head speed,small head tail speed difference and good aerodynamic shape can be formed,which provides a reference basis for the design of tandem shaped charge warhead.
