便携式高精度六自由度运动光学测量系统的研究

摘要 提出一种基于双目CCD的便携式高精度六自由度运动光学测量系统,该系统使用过程中无需标定,且保证足够的测量精度。给出了该系统的空间点坐标及六自由度测量的原理,对该系统的测量结果进行了对比验证,并通过实际应用给出了技术应用的范例。实测证明,该系统结构简单,操作便利,采集分析速度快,可满足实际测量的要求。 A portable dual CCD six-degree motions measuring system was presented.The system does not need calibration in the process of use,and ensures enough measurement accuracy.The theory for calculating space coordinates and six-degree motions was given.The measurement results of the system were compared and verified.It was proved that the system has simple structure,convenient operation and fast acquisition and analysis speed,which can meet the requirements of actual measurement.
