侧面爆炸环境下乘员损伤规律仿真研究

摘要 为了研究在侧面爆炸环境下乘员各部位的损伤情况,以某型装甲车辆的台车试验台架为研究对象,分析了侧面爆炸环境下车内乘员的动态响应,并对乘员各部位的损伤情况进行了数值分析;接着改变炸点位置,研究了炸点位置对乘员主要损伤部位损伤风险的影响。实验结果表明:在侧面爆炸载荷的冲击下,乘员的头部、颈部以及肩部为主要的受损部位,乘员的损伤主要来自于与车身侧围的碰撞;随着战斗部位置的下移,会增加乘员各主要受损部位的损伤风险,而战斗部位置的后移则会使头部和肩部的损伤风险增加、颈部的损伤风险降低。 In order to study the injuries of occupant in the side explosion environment,the test bench of a certain type of armored vehicle is taken as the research object,the dynamic response of occupant under side explosion environment was analyzed,and the damage response of each part of occupant was analyzed numerically;The location of the warhead was changed to study the effect of blast location on the risk of occupant damage.The results show that the head,neck and shoulder are the main damaged parts,and the occupant damage mainly comes from the collision with the side of vehicle body;the downward of the warhead position will increase the injury risk of the main damaged parts of occupant,while the backward of the warhead position will increase the injury risk of the head and shoulder,and reduce the injury risk of the neck.
