摘要
四川泸州地区太阳-大寨构造页岩气井的钻井施工中存在以下技术难点:上部地层溶洞裂缝发育,失返性漏失频繁发生;目的层埋深浅,压力高,油气显示活跃,油气上窜速度快;目的层龙马溪组的页岩极易垮塌。针对以上难点,研究形成了一套适合该地区页岩气井顺利施工的高性能水基钻井液体系及施工工艺技术,该钻井液体系具有强封堵性、强抑制性和优良的润滑性,既满足了该区块页岩气水平井的安全钻井需求,也实现了替代油基钻井液解决环保问题的目的,提高了该区页岩气井开发的整体效益。
The following technical challenges arise when drilling shale gas wells in the Taiyang-Dazhai structure in the Luzhou region of Sichuan:frequent loss of return and leakage caused by karst cave fractures in the upper strata;shallow burial depth;high pressure;active oil and gas shows;quick oil and gas upward channeling speed;and the shale in the target layer,the Longmaxi Formation,is easily collapsed.In order to overcome the aforementioned challenges,a collection of high-performance water-based drilling fluid systems and construction techniques appropriate for the efficient construction of shale gas wells in the region have been studied and developed.The drilling fluid system has strong blocking,strong inhibition,and excellent lubricity,which not only satisfies the requirements for safe drilling of shale gas horizontal wells in this block but also achieves the goal of replacing oil-based drilling fluids to address environmental issues,improving the overall effectiveness of shale gas well development in this area.
