Spatial Transformation and Structural Technical Analysis of Existing Buildings

结合具体工程,对既有建筑空间改造提出新的设计方案,以解决结构改造加固过程中工程量过大的问题,实现结构加固与空间再利用。结果表明,增大截面加固法与新增柱网体系搭配使用,可减轻施工负担,提高结构支承力,优化工程整体质量。

Combining with specific project, this paper puts forward a new design scheme for the space transformation of existing buildings, in order to solve the problem of excessive engineering quantity in the process of structural transformation and reinforcement, and realize the structural reinforcement and space reuse of the case project. The results show that increasing the cross-section reinforcement method combined with the new column net system can reduce the construction burden, improve the structural supporting force and optimize the overall quality of the project.
