摘要
对现阶段大截面矩形厚板钢管混凝土柱施工方式进行了总结与分类,分析了各个类型的优缺点,提出了一种改进大截面矩形厚板钢管混凝土柱施工质量与施工效率的新方法。钢箱梁制作采用定型化胎架可大幅提高施工效率,栓钉焊接采用栓钉群临时定位装置,可保证栓钉定位的准确性,具有较好的综合效益。
This paper summarizes and classifies the construction methods of large-section rectangular thick-plate concrete-filled steel tubular columns at this stage. The advantages and disadvantages of each type are analyzed, and a new method for improving the construction quality and construction efficiency of large-section rectangular and thick-plate CFST columns is proposed. The steel box girder adopts the stereotyped tire frame, which can greatly improve the construction efficiency. The stud welding adopts the temporary positioning device of the stud group,which can ensure the accuracy of the stud positioning and has better comprehensive benefits.
