为了更好地提高水利工程项目施工成本控制与管理水平,论文阐述了水利工程项目施工成本控制与管理的重要性。通过对水利工程项目施工成本控制与管理中控制机制不全、控制方法缺失、核算约束力弱等问题的分析可知,在管理实践中,需要项目管理者进一步完善成本控制机制,优化成本核算与控制方法,才能真正实现对水利工程项目的成本控制。

In order to better improve the construction cost control and management level of water conservancy projects, this paper expounds the importance of cost control and management of water conservancy project construction. Through analyzing the problems of the uncomplete control mechanism, the lack of control methods, weak accounting binding force and other problems of cost control and management of hydraulic engineering project, we can known that in management practice, project managers need to further improve the cost control mechanism, optimize the cost accounting and control methods, in order to truly achieve the cost control of water conservancy projects.
