装配式混凝土建筑施工技术及质量管理研究

对装配式混凝土住宅建筑施工技术优势展开论述,分别探讨了装配式混凝土住宅建筑施工技术体系中的预制墙板灌浆技术、PC板安装技术、预制叠合板安装技术、钢结构预制构件安装技术,同时,提出了保证预制构件质量、加强施工过程监管、做好建筑验收工作、发挥辅助工具优势等施工技术质量管理措施,实现了对装配式混凝土住宅建筑施工技术及质量管理的研究。通过运用科学合理的技术方案,采取有效的质量管理措施,能够保证施工技术实施、施工质量管理的效果。

This paper discusses the advantages of prefabricated concrete residential building construction technology, and discusses the precast wallboard grouting technology, PC board installation technology, precast laminated board installation technology and steel structure precast component installation technology in the prefabricated concrete residential building construction technology system respectively. At the same time, it puts forward several construction technology quality management measures, such as ensuring the quality of precast components,strengthening the supervision of construction process, doing a good job of building acceptance and giving full play to the advantages of auxiliary tools, and realizes the research of prefabricated concrete residential building construction technology and quality management. By using scientific and reasonable technical scheme and adopting effective quality management measures, the implementation of construction technology and the effect of construction quality management can be ensured.
