摘要
针对我国建筑行业向高质量发展转型的趋势问题,结合自身在国内和海外的工程管理经验,分析对比了中英两国工程总承包单位在质量管理方面的情况和现状。基于揭示未来我国房建工程质量管理全面提升的路径和趋势的目的,论文采用了5M1E的全要素对比方法,从人员、机械、材料、工法、测量、环境6个维度进行比较,可以得到BIM的深度应用以及工厂预制化等趋势是未来转型重点方向的初步结论。
In view of the trend of the transformation of China’s construction industry to high-quality development,combined with our own engineering management experience at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and compares the situation and present situation of the main aspects of quality management of Chinese and British engineering general contractors.Based on the purpose of revealing the path and trend of the overall improvement of the quality management of housing construction projects in China in the future,this paper adopts the 5M1E all-factor comparison method,and compares it from six dimensions:personnel,machinery,materials,construction methods,measurement and environment.It can be concluded that the deep application of BIM and the trend of factory prefabrication are the key directions of future transformation.
