摘要
为高质量推进天府机场货运区工程管理,项目组织采用了业主+EPC总承包协同管理模式,强调业主在总体设计方案、智慧货运、民航及口岸行业要求等方面发挥引领作用,而EPC总承包单位负责落实设计、采购和现场管理。协同管理模式下的业主角色较好地推动了智慧货运区工程建设。
In order to promote higher construction quality of Tianfu air cargo, Project organization used the collaboration mode of project owner and EPC contractor. Project owner focused on the overall design plan, smart air cargo, requirement of civil aviation and international port, while EPC contractor took charge of design, procurement and site management. The role of project owner in collaboration mode has better promoted the construction of smart cargo.
