摘要
现在MCU内部基本都集成了ADC,精度也越来越高,但对ADC精度要求较高的客户来说,想要准确评测一款MCU芯片的ADC精度还需要搭建一个精密测量系统。本文重点介绍了一种基于软硬件实现的自动化测量系统,不但能实现ADC精度测量,还可以在测量完成后对ADC关键误差参数进行快速运算,从而实现ADC精度的快速、准确评测。
Today,MCU are basically integrated with the internal ADC,the accuracy is getting higher and higher.But for customers who require high ADC precision,to accurately evaluate the ADC precision of a MCU chip needs to build a precision measurement system.In the paper,an automatic measurement system is introduced which is based on software and hardware,which can not only realize the precision measurement of ADC,but also calculate the key error parameters of ADC quickly after measurement,thus,fast and accurate measurement of ADC precision can be realized.
