摘要
本文研究了一类考虑并行分区的智能接力拣选系统的储位分配问题,建立了多目标混合整数规划模型,旨在最大化订单拣选量的同时使各分区的工作负荷均衡,从而降低拣选时间。针对问题的特点,设计了求解该类问题的两阶段优化算法。经过对某第三方仓储企业进行实例研究,数值结果表明设计的算法可以有效求解本文的储位分配问题。
The storage allocation problem of e-commerce warehouses equipped with an intelligent pickand-pass system was studied.A multi-objective mixed integer programming model was established.The first objective was to maximize the order picking quantity,and the second one was to balance the workload of the picking zones.To solve the model,the characteristics of the model was analyzed and a two-phase algorithm was proposed.A case study on a third-party logistics company was presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
