T/WD 103标准框架下托盘共用服务产品线及其可变性研究

Research on the Product Line of Pallet Pooling Service and Its Variability under the T/WD 103 Standard Framework

为了推进托盘共用系统,基于T/WD 103标准,定义了托盘共用服务及其产品线,研究了开放式托盘租赁模式。通过建立托盘租赁联盟调度模型和遗传算法设计,结合算例验证了算法的有效性,分析了托盘租赁联盟调度模型与托盘共用服务产品线可变性设计的关联性。研究表明,T/WD 103标准和托盘租赁联盟调度模型能为开放式托盘共用服务产品线的可变性设计提供思路和方法。

To advance the pallet pooling system based on the T/WD 103 standard,the pallet pooling service and its product line were defined,and the open pallet leasing model was investigated.Based on the establishment of pallet leasing alliance scheduling model and designing the genetic algorithm,the examples were combined to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Moreover,the correlation between the pallet leasing alliance scheduling model and the variability design of the pallet shared service product line was analyzed.The computational results demonstrate that the T/WD 103standard and the pallet leasing alliance scheduling model provide new perspectives and available methods,especially for the variability design of the open pallet pooling service product line.
