新零售企业的订单拣选及配送联合调度算法研究 被引量:2

Joint Scheduling Algorithms for Orders’Picking and Delivery in New Retail Enterprises

摘要 基于新零售企业的订单拣选与配送现状,将订单的商品种类、拣选时间、配送的批容量、路径和消耗时间等多种因素综合考虑。首先,将所研究的问题总结为数学规划问题,分别设计了若干种启发式算法;其次,通过数据实验,验证了模型的合理性和有效性,并且比较若干种启发式算法在不同情形下的性能;最后,通过对比试验,指出联合调度算法对新零售企业提升效率和运营水平的积极意义。 Based on the order picking and distribution in new retail enterprises,various factors,such as the type of goods,picking time,batch capacity of distribution,distribution path and consumption time,were considered.The research problem was summarized as a mathematical programming problem.Several heuristic algorithms were proposed.The rationality and validity of the model was verified by computational experiments and the performances of these heuristic algorithms in different situations are compared.At last,the improvement of efficiency and operation level of new retail enterprises through the joint scheduling algorithms was pointed out by the comparative experiments.
