从高等教育质量文化建设的视角详细考察了欧洲高等教育质量文化的实施背景、实施内容、实施效果,分别从学术组织、人才培养、学生发展、教师发展、利益相关者等多个维度探讨了欧洲质量保障从技术标准到质量文化的转型过程,对于当前我国高校拓展质量文化认识,推动我国高等教育质量保障转型发展具有启发思路的借鉴意义。
