党的二十大是在全党全国各族人民迈上全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程、向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的关键时刻召开的一次十分重要的大会。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为新时代党和国家事业发展提供了根本遵循,是贯穿党的二十大报告的灵魂。党的二十大必将对全面建设社会主义现代化国家、全面推进中华民族伟大复兴,对夺取中国特色社会主义新胜利发挥十分重要的指导和保证作用。本文围绕学习党的二十大精神,结合研究、解读习近平总书记关于历史文化研究工作指示精神的重大意义,以铁路史志工作为例,找准新时代铁路史志工作的方向定位,提出扎实推动铁路史志工作高质量发展的举措。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a very important congress held at a critical moment when all Party members and Chinese people of all ethnic groups are embarking on a new journey toward building a modern socialist country in all respects and marching toward the Second Centenary Goal.Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era provides the fundamental guidelines for the development of the Party and the State in the new era,and is the soul of the report of the 20th CPC National Congress.The 20th CPC National Congress will certainly play a very important role in guiding and guaranteeing to build a modern socialist country in all respects,embrace the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts,and secure new success for socialism with Chinese characteristics.This paper focuses on learning the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,and combined with research,it also interprets the significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's instructions on historical and cultural research work.This paper takes the railway chronicle as an example,and finds the direction of the railway chronicle work in the new era,in order to put forward initiatives to solidly promote the high-quality development of railway chronicle work.
