摘要 本文设计了以MSP430F149单片机为控制核心,包含超声波测距、4G透传、报警、降压稳压及电磁控制模块的水位监控系统。该系统中,单片机获取超声波检测的水位值,利用4G网络将数据上传至服务器,用户可实现移动端远程监控及操作;同时根据用户设定的阈值进行报警或控制操作,实现水位的自动控制。该水位控制系统具有成本低、操作简单、结构稳定、适应性强的特点,可用于各种规模储水设备的水位控制。 This paper designed a water level monitoring system,it takes MSP430F149 single chip microcomputer as the control core,including ultrasonic ranging module,4G transparent transmission module,alarm module,step-down and voltage stabilization module and solenoid valve control module.The single chip microcomputer obtains the current water level value of ultrasonic detection,and uses 4G transparent transmission to upload the data to the server.The user can realize remote monitoring and operation of the mobile terminal.At the same time,the system can alarm or control the water level according to the threshold set by user to realize the automatic control of water level.The water level control system has the advantages of low design cost,simple operation,stable structure and strong adaptability.It can be used for water level control of water storage equipment of various scales.
