乡村振兴中少数民族地区“健康”认知的调试与转变——以丽江黎明村傈僳族为例

摘要 健康乡村建设及人们对健康、美好生活的追求伴随着乡村振兴的全过程,由此“健康”成为乡村振兴中的关键词。由于人们生存环境不同、生活方式各异,常见疾病及其治疗方法呈现出地域性特点,对“健康”的认知与实践也不尽相同。文章以丽江市黎明村傈僳族村为田野点对“少数民族‘健康’认知”的探讨,发现在他们传统生态认知、就医选择及日常生活中不乏现代健康蕴意的认知和实践。在旅游发展、产业和文化振兴以及应对新冠肺炎疫情中,黎明村傈僳族通过与国家、社会、游客等外界主体的互动建构了新的“健康”认知。现代健康理念进入黎明村是一个不断调试的过程,对推动当地健康乡村建设和乡村振兴具有一定的指导意义。 Construction of Healthy Countryside and people’s pursuit of health and a better life are accompanied by the whole process of Rural Revitalization.Therefore,“health”has become the key word of Rural Revitalization.People in different regions have different living environments and lifestyles,common diseases and treatment methods show regional characteristics,and the expression,concept and practice of“health”are also different.Taking Liming Lisu village in Lijiang as a field site,the author discussed“health cognition”in ethnic minority areas,and found that there are many expressions and concepts of modern health connotation in local traditional ecological concepts,medical choices and daily life.In the process of tourism development,industrial and cultural revitalization and COVID-19 response,The Lisu people of Liming have established a new cognition of"health"through interaction with the country,society,tourists and other external entities.The modern health concept into Liming village is a process of continuous adjusting,which has certain positive significance for promoting local healthy rural construction and rural revitalization.
