摘要
针对馒头机绞龙后端轴承易断裂的问题,课题组依据重要精密仪器测出的大量数据,推理出轴承断裂的根本原因是超负荷;再结合实际工作经验、相关理论知识和公式计算,提出了一个具体可行、科学合理的解决方案,最终解决了这一严重影响馒头机正常运行的难题。
In view of the problem of easy fracture of the bearing of the mixing axis in the steamed buns machine,the research group reasoned that the root cause of the bearing fracture was overload based on a large amount of data measured by important precision instruments;Combined with practical work experience,relevant theoretical knowledge and formula calculation,a specific,feasible,scientific and reasonable solution is proposed,which finally solves the problem that seriously affects the normal operation of the steamed buns machine.
