摘要
本文通过熔盐法制备氧化铝纳米片,采用浇注法制备氧化铝/环氧树脂(Al_(2)O_(3)/EP)复合材料,并对氧化铝结构及复合材料性能进行表征和测试。结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)纳米片的掺杂可以显著提高环氧树脂复合材料的导热性能和击穿性能,当Al_(2)O_(3)的质量分数达到70%时,复合材料的导热系数与纯环氧树脂相比提高了4.56倍,电气强度由纯环氧树脂的48.8 kV/mm提高到58.5 kV/mm,提升了约19.88%。同时,复合材料的介电性能随着氧化铝含量的增加有明显的提升。
In this paper,an alumina nanosheet was prepared by molten salt method,an alumina/epoxy resin(Al_(2)O_(3)/EP)composites was prepared by casting method,and the structure of alumina and the properties of composites were characterized and tested.The results show that the doping of Al_(2)O_(3)nanosheets can significantly improve the thermal conductivity and breakdown performance of composites.When the mass fraction of Al_(2)O_(3)reaches 70%,the thermal conductivity of the composites is 4.56 times higher than that of pure epoxy resin,and the electric strength increases from 48.8 kV/mm to 58.5 kV/mm,which improves by 19.88%.At the same time,the dielectric properties of the composites are significantly improved with the increase of alumina content.
