全球不平等与中国共同富裕

Global Inequality and China’s Common Prosperity

全球近200年的经济现代化进程,见证了国家内部不平等和国家之间不平等的交替嬗变。全球不平等持续处于高位,显示了全球生产的差序结构。全球不平等是全球分工体系的直接产物,在技术进步的不同阶段有不同表现,也会受到政治、制度和意识形态因素的直接影响。改革开放以来,中国的经济发展缩小了国家间的不平等,但是也导致国内不平等扩大。共同富裕战略的推进,在缩小中国国内不平等的同时,也将为缓解全球不平等作出贡献。共同富裕不会自动实现,需要有力的制度保障和坚决的政策执行。共同富裕不可能是一蹴而就的,会是一个艰巨、复杂的长期历史过程。

The global economic modernization process of nearly 200 years has witnessed the alternating evolution of inequality within countries and inequality between rich and poor countries.The persis⁃tence of high levels of global inequality illustrates the differential structure of global production.Global inequality is a direct product of the global division of labor.It has different manifestations at the different stages of technological progress and is also directly influenced by political,institutional and ideological factors.Since the reform and opening up,China’s economic development has narrowed the inequality between the developing countries and developed countries,but also led to the widening inequality of income and wealth within China.Promoting the strategy of common prosperity for all will not only reduce inequality within China,but also contribute to reducing global inequality.Common prosperity will not be achieved automatically.It requires strong institutional guarantees and resolute policy implementation.Common prosperity for all cannot be achieved overnight.It will be a long and arduous and complicated historical process.
