摘要
随着标准GB 39732-2020《汽车事件数据记录系统》的强制执行,各试验厂家及检测机构会进行大量的EDR台架试验,开展EDR台架试验研究非常必要。本文在对标准GB 39732-2020《汽车事件数据记录系统》中台架试验要求详细解读的基础上,结合大量的实际检测工作,总结出了EDR台架试验试验前需要确认的五个事项,并得出了两个结论:1、验证非锁定事件覆盖功能时,冲击波形不一定必须用D1波形,当EDR的锁定事件冲击波形为D3时,D4波形相对该EDR就是非锁定事件,一样可以用来作为非锁定事件覆盖试验的冲击波形;2、验证触发及断电存储功能时,EDR内没必要一定要具备足够的存储空间记录一次完整的事件,只要EDR内存储的不全是锁定事件,一样可以进行触发及断电存储试验。依据上述结论,针对不同的锁定事件条件,分别给出了冲击试验次数最少的EDR台架试验通用方案,大大降低试验成本,提高试验效率,并为试验厂家及其他检测机构后续的检测工作提供了参考。
As the standard GB 39732-2020“automotive event data recording system”was enforced,a large number of EDR bench tests will be carried out by automobile manufacturers and testing institutions,so,the bench test study of EDR is very necessary.Based on a detailed interpretation of standard,and combined with a lot of actual testing work,summarized five items need to confirm before the bench test.And two conclusions are drawn:1.when the locked shock waveform of EDR is D3,D4 waveform is unlocked shock waveform for EDR,can be used as the shock waveform of unlocked event coverage test;2.For trigger and power off storage testst,there’s no need to be sure EDR to have enough storage space to record a complete event,as long as the storaged events are not all locked events,the test can also be carried out.On the basis of the above conclusion,the general plans of bench test are given for different locked event conditions,providing reference for automobile manufacturers and other testing institutions.
