改良早期预警评分系统在降低多发伤患者护理风险中的应用效果

Application of modified early warning score system in reducing nursing risks of patients with multiple injuries

目的:探讨改良早期预警评分系统(modified early warning score,MEWS)在降低多发伤患者护理风险中的应用效果。方法:将2018年12月至2020年6月我科收治的多发伤患者并应用MEWS评分的30例患者纳入本次研究。随机分为研究组和对照组,各15例。所有患者均实行早期完全治疗,研究组患者在入院当日、术后、病情有变化时采用MEWS评分方法评估患者病情,根据病情严重程度执行相关护理操作。比较2组病重时数、心电监护吸氧时数、抢救成功率、住院天数、住院费用、并发症发生率、转ICU例数。结果:研究组病重时数、心电监护吸氧时数、住院天数均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组住院费用显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:改良后的MEWS评分系统对多发伤患者病情的评估更为客观,更加有助于指导科学护理管理方法的选择与实施,有效改善患者预后,降低不良护理风险,提高护理质量。

Objective:To explore the application of modified early warning score system in reducing nursing risks of patients with multiple injuries.Methods:A total of 30 patients with multiple injuries admitted to the department of traumatology and orthopedics of Yue Bei People′s Hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 and MEWS scoring were included in this study.They were randomly divided into study group and control group with 15 cases in each group.All patients were given early complete treatment.Patients in the study group were evaluated by MEWS score on the day of admission,after surgery and when their condition changed,and relevant nursing operations were performed according to the severity of their condition.The number of hours of severe illness,the number of hours of oxygen inhalation under ECG monitoring and the success rate of rescue,length of hospital stay,costs,incidence of complications,number of ICU transfers were compared between the two groups.Results:The hours of severe illness,the hours of oxygen inhalation under ECG monitoring and the days of hospitalization in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization cost of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The MEWS scoring system is more objective in assessing the condition of patients with multiple injuries,which is more helpful to guide the selection and implementation of scientific nursing management methods and effectively improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse care events and improve the quality of nursing.
