移动信息平台在严重创伤患者救治中的应用研究

Application of mobile information platform in the treatment of severe trauma patients

目的:探讨移动信息平台在院前院内严重创伤患者救治中的应用效果,为我国院前院内急救流程优化提供新思路。方法:选取新乡市某三甲医院2020年1月至2021年12月收治的155例严重创伤患者作为研究对象,按入院时间分为对照组与干预组。对照组用常规院前急救收治流程,干预组则基于移动信息平台予以急救信息化收治流程,对两组结果进行比较。结果:干预组救治效率满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组平均出车时间、抵达现场时间、专科医师进行会诊时间、急诊分流时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:利用移动信息平台信息实时共享的优势,可以显著缩短严重创伤患者初期救治时间,提高患者及家属满意度,取得良好效果。

Objective:To explore the application effect of mobile information platform in the pre-hospital and in-hospital treatment of severe trauma patients,and provide new ideas for the optimization of the pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency process in our country.Methods:A total of 155 severely traumatized patients admitted to a tertiary class A hospital in Xinxiang City from January 2020 to December 2021 were enrolled as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and intervention group according to the time of admission.The control group used the routine pre-hospital emergency treatment process,while the intervention group was given the first aid information treatment process based on the mobile information platform,and the results of the two groups were compared.Results:The satisfaction with treatment efficiency of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average departure time,on-site arrival time,specialist consultation time,and emergency shunt time in the intervention group were significantly shorter than those inthe control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking advantage of the real-time sharing of information on the mobile information platform can significantly shorten the initial treatment time for severely traumatized patients and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families.It has achieved good results.
